Donna Angelica Oil:
Donna Angelica is the  result  of the squeezing of olives grown solely within a family company at an altitude ranging from 800 to 900 meters above sea level with south / east exposure in medium-textured soils, a unique and unrepeatable blend that contains inside 9 of the main Sicilian varieties. The olives are harvested by hands  and cold pressed within 12 hours in the latest generation systems. Donna Angelica is immediately filtered and preserved in stainless steel containers in a controlled temperature environment and in the total absence of oxygen due to the use of nitrogen to preserve all the organoleptic characteristics intact.
 
PAIRING CODE:
With a clear and enoughdense golden yellow color.
On the nose it releases hints of ripe citrus, grapefruit and lemon, pine nut, apple and vegetable accents of artichoke.
In the mouth soft and fluid, the support of the phenolic note is vital, with spicy and bitter present in great balance but not incisive in intensity.
It goes well with grouper fillets with cherry tomatoes and chicken nuggets with almond
 
Don Fefè Oil:
Selection of the best olives of central eastern Sicily, harvested by handsfrom 20 to 30 October, cold extracted within 12 hours after the harvesting and immediately filtered and preserved in stainless steel containers, at a controlled temperature and in the absence of oxygen.

PAIRING CODE:
With a golden yellow color of good density and clear. On the nose it presents clean recognitions of almond, hay, tomato leaf, ripe citrus and aromatic herbs of sage and rosemary in the background. Structured taste, well managed by phenolic tones, the spicy and bitter are very balanced and in the right dose. Enhances a roast of veal and grilled vegetables, aubergine stuffed with baked minced meat.
