Description
It is produced with the cryomaceration technique, in order to enhance perfumes and aromas. The Baglio of Pianetto winery vinifies this Sicilia Insolia DOC by letting it ferment with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature. It rests in steel for about four months. It is young and versatile, easy to drink and ideal to be enjoyed on any occasion.

Color: Straw yellow.
 
Nose: The aromas are fine and intense, initially characterized by varietal hints followed by notes of tropical fruit.
 
Palate: The taste is balanced and well structured, harmonious and full-bodied, with a good final persistence.

Matching:it is perfect to be paired with fish-based cuisine, and goes well with seafood appetizers. Ideal with seafood salad.
