Time is the key ingredient: only lemons that have reached the correct ripeness are harvested; and only a proper period of maceration of the peels ensures the complete extraction of the essential oils. The latter, mixed with water and sugar, create the bond enclosed in the bottle: Zagara Bianca, a stroll through a blooming citrus grove. Powerful its fragrance, intense its flavor.
