Donna Angelica is the result of the squeezing of olives grown only inside a family company at an altitude ranging from 800 to 900 meters above sea level with south-south / east exposure in medium-textured soils, a unique and unrepeatable blend that contain 9 of the main Sicilian varieties. The olives are harvested by hand and cold squeeze within 12 hours in the latest generation systems. Donna Angelica is immediately filtered and preserved in stainless steel containers in a controlled temperature environment and in the total absence of oxygen thanks to the use of nitrogen to preserve all the organoleptic characteristics intact.
With a clear and enough dense golden yellow color. The nose releases hints of ripe citrus, grapefruit and lemon, pine nut, apple and vegetable accents of artichoke.
