Description
Antichi Vinai Petralava is an Etna Rosato DOC made from Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio grapes. A short cold maceration of the grapes anticipates their passage to the phase of soft pressing and fermentation at a controlled temperature. Aging for 4 months in stainless steel tanks before bottling.
Petralava Etna DOC Rosé is a wine with a harmonious flavor, enriched by an intense aroma of red fruits and an elegant floral note. Flavors and smells that enliven the senses and express themselves well in its pale pink color.
